Here are the answers to your most frequently asked questions on the availability of our diapers, the status of your orders and deliveries.

Availability

As of May 6th, most of our sizes are still available on our online store andypandykids.com; while ALL sizes remain available via Amazon. We have increased our production and are working hard to move our products as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Our fulfillment service partner has advised that they are experiencing delays in logistics, which might impact the time of delivery of your items.

That being said, we would like to request you to place orders in advance to ensure that we get deliveries to you as quickly as possible in this current situation. Our customer service team will work closely with you regarding shipping matters. Kindly contact us at support@andypandykids.com if you don't receive a tracking information within 48hrs upon receipt of the order confirmation email.

Subscriptions

As of May 6th, our subscription program remains active. There might be hiccups here and there but we are working overtime to keep those baby bum covered.
