We are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Andy Pandy product we are here to help. Please email us at returns@andypandykids.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
Standard Policy*
Returns:
You have up to 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. Andy Pandy reserves the right to refuse a return that is not in this condition.
On sale and promotional items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. For damaged and defective items, a refund will be issued.
You must provide your order number/proof of purchase.
We only accept returns for eligible items purchased from andypandykids.com. If you would like to return a product purchased from one of our friendly retail partners, kindly contact them directly to learn more about their return policy. Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
For prepaid label requests - the return shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
