We are committed to your satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Andy Pandy product we are here to help.  Please email us at returns@andypandykids.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Standard Policy*

Returns:

You have up to 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. Andy Pandy reserves the right to refuse a return that is not in this condition. 

On sale and promotional items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. For damaged and defective items, a refund will be issued.

You must provide your order number/proof of purchase. 

We only accept returns for eligible items purchased from andypandykids.com. If you would like to return a product purchased from one of our friendly retail partners, kindly contact them directly to learn more about their return policy. If you need assistance in connecting with them, you may email us at returns@andypandykids.com for more information. 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.  Original shipping and handling fees and "Duties & Taxes Reimbursements" will not be refunded.  You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping.  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

For prepaid label requests - the return shipping amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
