ARE BAMBOO DIAPERS SAFE?

Absolutely! The bamboo viscose that we use for Andy Pandy diapers are naturally grown and harvested (no chemical fertilizers, pesticides, and all those harsh stuff!). In addition, bamboo plants are naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial which makes them perfect for even the most sensitive skin!

ARE BAMBOO DIAPERS BIODEGRADABLE?

The layer of the diaper that is made from 100% bamboo viscose is biodegradable, yes! However, to make the diapers more effective and durable, we also make use of some non-biodegradable parts such as the sap, elastics and adhesives. We recommend having the diapers assessed at your local compost facility.

HOW LONG DO BAMBOO DIAPERS TAKE TO DECOMPOSE?

Depending on composting conditions, the average percentage degradation of our diapers is more than 60% in 75 days.

Excellent service and products

We've used these diapers and trainers since mid-2021, excellent product. No concern with the chemicals/scent/etc. our child doesn't react to these diapers and rarely even has diaper rash. We love that they are mostly biodegradable since we go through SO MANY! The subscription service is very helpful and if a diaper or packaging size is not available their customer service will reach out and process a replacement order! Such great service. Thank you!

Amazing but unpredictable

Man these are the best diapers in the world but now they are out of stock for what I was told, 2 months. It’s so frustrating, we had to switch to kudos and my kid suddenly has terrible diaper rash and it won’t heal. Please figure this out so you don’t run out again or at least prepare your loyal subscribers for it.

Premium diaper product / Premium service

Have used Andy Pandy products as a “subscriber” for both of our children, from newborn up to XL / size 4 and into Training Pants / pull ups. Their diaper products are THE premium product in the marketplace. Beautifully solid white, well-constructed for a guaranteed fit, gentle feel and absorbs well + the most sensitive product & bamboo hypoallergenic material available. We tried many other “eco” friendly and mainstream diaper products. Nothing comes close. And Andy Pandy customer service is excellent, Cindy sets the bar high. We have had assistance from her over the course of buying for our 2 children. She is professional, kind and customer-focused. Highly recommend Andy Pandy!

We have been happily using Andy Pandy's for over a year, and over 3-4 sizes!

First, they have the BEST customer service staff of any company I've come across. We first started ordering through Amazon but switched to being subscribers through this website because the personal attention exceeded expectations. During the pandemic, many companies were facing fulfillment issues, and Andy Pandy was no exception.. however... the professional manner in which they handled these issues was stellar. Communication from Cindy in customer service has always been above and beyond (and exclusively through email!) She and the staff have kept us happy and in the know as long time customers and we appreciate it. I also love that I get a slight discount for being a subscriber.

Now, the diapers... they are next level AMAZING. Very pleased with the eco-friendliness but even more so that they do not leak and they have a lasting hold. No need to get overnight vs daytime diapers Andy Pandy's handle they way you'd expect, and all day long. We have tried other eco friendly brands and they can't even come close to the value and quality of these diapers. If you are searching I would say end the search and become a subscriber. You won't regret it, and the planet will thank you.

Best diapers with the purest and cleanest ingredients. My only problem is how long the shipping takes sometimes and how often they’re out of stock.

Amazing Customer Service and Diapers

I wanted to switch my son to Andy Pandy for a while and his size (XL) was sold out. I signed up for the notify me option and emailed customer service for an estimated availability date. Cindy contacted me well within 24 hours and told me they were available to purchase on the site. I purchased and hours later got the notification they were in stock. I contacted Cindy a few more times with questions and was very satisfied with responses and her updating my subscription. Customer Service is top notch! The diapers are also amazing, exceptional and better than our original brand (Dyper) as well as a better value. We’re happy to be new customers and customers for life!

The best diapers

I've tried several "clean friendly" brands of diapers and this is the best one ever. I've used them for both of my children and I've never had any rashes or leaks. I have no complaints and I hope they are able to continue to grow in spite of supply challenges so that we can continue to experience these great products

Truly the best diapers

These are the best disposables we've tried, eco friendly or otherwise. We're mainly cloth diapering so we've had to lean on these less with the supply issues but still hands down our favorite

Great diapers, hard times.

I recommend Andy pandy to all the mommas I can. Absorbent, healthy, eco friendly diapers that don’t break the bank like coterie can. They are the perfect diapers for me and my babies’ wants and needs. Plus, as consumers, we are supporting a small business, at least compared to pampers etc.

My point here it yes it’s a bummer they have been out of stock for awhile… I’m super bummed, but the world is in a freakin hard place right now and it’s effecting everything.

I am excited to be able to put my babies back in Andy pandy but the “out of stock” issue isn’t necessarily a reflection of a poorly operated business. It’s a reflection of the tough times we’re in.
