All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Standard shipping takes around 5-10 business days delivery timeframe. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
One-time / regular orders: Please see shipping rates below. Final shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Subscription Orders: Free on orders $75 and up. For orders less than $75, please refer to the regular shipping rates below.
** For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, a flat rate of $25 for one-time orders and $20 for subscription orders will be charged and delivery time may take up to 25 days.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email after 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays), please reach out to our support team.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please note that standard shipping may take up to 10 business days turnaround time.
In the event that your order arrives with errors (wrong item/s shipped), incomplete, or damaged in any way please email us within seven (7) days from the delivery date at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
1. Order number
2. A photo of the package / item
3. For damage claims: please specify the item’s condition in the photo.
We address these situations on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. For approved claims, we will either initiate a refund or reship the correct items.
For undelivered shipments, Andy Pandy will only file claims for orders with a promise delivery date within the last 25 days. Claim request must be acknowledged and confirmed by Andy Pandy support team.
