How do I sign up for a subscription?
Your subscription will begin as soon as you place your first subscription order on the website.
To get started, simply browse our product pages and complete the product selections. Select Subscribe & Save 5% as your purchase option and in the drop down list just below the Subscribe & Save option, select your preferred shipment frequency and quantity. Check out as normal.
How do I manage my subscription?
Andy Pandy Subscribe & Save program gives you a freehand to adjust the items and dates at no extra cost as long as the changes are made at least 3 days before the scheduled charge.
You can manage your subscription by logging into your customer portal. From there, you will have the option to change the shipping and billing details, frequency, quantity, and products. You can view your order history and skip an upcoming order; and you can cancel your subscription. Your portal is easy to navigate and understand, in case if you need further assistance, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation Policy For Monthly Subscriptions
Andy Pandy Subscribe & Save clients acknowledge that all fees associated with cost of goods sold are charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis until the client cancels their subscription.
When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled.
In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.
- Login to your customer portal.
- Click Subscriptions and Edit.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Subscription. Provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.
IMPORTANT: Subscription cancellations MUST be made at least 7 days before your order date (the frequency you chose) is fulfilled. Your cancellation will then become effective immediately. Orders that were processed prior to cancelation of account cannot be adjusted / reversed. Please keep in mind that you are solely responsible for canceling you account.
